1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LabelKing platform (the "Service"), operated by LabelKing ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LabelKing. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

LabelKing provides an online platform that allows registered users to purchase discounted USPS shipping labels. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Generation of USPS shipping labels at discounted rates
• Address verification and validation services
• Bulk label creation via CSV or spreadsheet upload
• Saved addresses and package presets for streamlined shipping
• Account balance management via cryptocurrency deposits

We act as an intermediary that provides access to shipping services. We are not a carrier and do not physically transport packages. Actual shipping is performed by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@labelking.77.42.70.213.sslip.io of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

4. Credits & Payments

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. You must have sufficient credits in your account before generating shipping labels. Credits are denominated in USD.

4.2 Deposits

Credits are purchased via cryptocurrency (Ethereum-based USDC/USDT stablecoin transfers). Deposits are processed after blockchain confirmation. LabelKing does not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other traditional payment methods at this time.

4.3 Non-Refundable Credits

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire but may be forfeited upon account termination for cause.

4.4 Pricing

Shipping label prices are determined at the time of order creation and may vary based on package dimensions, weight, service type, and destination. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping Labels

5.1 Label Generation

When you create a shipping label through the Service, the cost is automatically deducted from your account balance. Labels are generated as downloadable PDF files.

5.2 Address Accuracy

While we provide address verification services, you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of sender and recipient addresses. LabelKing is not liable for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by you.

5.3 Failed & Cancelled Labels

If a label generation fails due to a system error, any deducted credits will be refunded to your account automatically. Once a label has been successfully generated and downloaded, it cannot be cancelled or refunded through the platform.

5.4 Prohibited Shipments

You agree not to use the Service to ship any items prohibited by USPS regulations, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, or items restricted by federal, state, or local law.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shipping information
• Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of LabelKing

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by LabelKing and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through the Service.

We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of USPS or any other third-party carrier. Delivery times, tracking accuracy, and package handling are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LABELKING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LabelKing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the United States.
